DIRECTIONS samosa;
- To make this crispy snack, first bring the potatoes from the market.
- Then wash the potatoes well, after that put the cooker on the gas and put the potatoes in the cooker.
- Now we will add water in the cooker according to the potatoes.
- We will put the lid on the cooker and let it boil for 3 to 4 whistles.
- When whistle comes, then break it with cold water, now we will keep the potatoes aside to cool down.
- Now we will take a big bowl and keep all the peeled potatoes in it.
- We will beat the potatoes well and also add peas in it.
- Then add the salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, onion, green chilli.
- After this we will mix it well and add coriander leaves in it.
- Our stuffing is ready, now we will keep it aside.
DOUGH PREPARETIONS-
- We will make a dough out of maida for which we will first take a plate.
- To make a nice dough first of all we will add flour.
- To make the dough you add the salt, ajwain, ghee, and water.
- We will pour water in it and make a tight dough.
- All ingredients are mixed it properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- On one side, we will place a pan on the gas and pour oil in it.
- We will turn on the gas and let the oil heat up properly.

- While the oil is heating, we will take a ball of flour, Now with the help of rolling pin we will roll it like an egg.
- Now we will cut it in the middle with the help of a knife.
- We will make the cut pieces into triangle and shape them into samosa shape.
- Put the stuffing we made into a triangular shape and close the mouth.
- We will put the samosa one by one in hot for deep frying.
- When it becomes golden brown then we will take it out in plate.
- Your samosa recipe is ready to eat with tomato sauce or tea.
