  • Then you take a pan and add the oil 2-3 spoon to tadka before add the oil in pan to hot you turn the gas on.

  • Before, roasted the tadka you add the salt, black pepper to taste spicy in the recipe.
  • Next you put the tadka in a bowl to rest.
  • Then you take a pan again to make the white slury for pasta this you make the recipe delicious and resturant style.
  • Add the maida 2-3 spoon for white sauce or gravy, you made the gravy without any clots this way is perfect to making the white slury.
  • You roast the maida into light brown to white sauce you change and turn colour into light brown.
