- You take tawa to flavour the the kulcha.
- First you take the cut onion and add the butter in tawa.
- Roast the onion half and add the channe, coriander leaves, lemon.
- Then mix the all and take the kulcha fry the kulcha in butter in golden colour.

- Cut the kulcha in centre and add the channe in kulcha.
- Next you garnishing with mayonise and tomato kechup.
