DIRECTIONS-
- To make aloo chat, firsttake 4 to 5 potatoes and wash them throughly.
- Then put the cooker on the gas and add the water according to the quantity of the potatoes.
- Then turn onn the gas and put the lid on the cooker.
- Now you get 4 to 5 whistles installed, wash the boiled with cold water.
- We will peel the potatoes for you, after peeling the potatoes, we will now cut them in cube with the help of knife.
- Place a pan on the gas and pour oil in it, turn on the gas and let the oil heat up properly.
- When the oil is hot, add the potatoes in small portions.
- Let the potatoes turn golden brown on low heat.

- This will make the potatoes are crispy and full soft in under.
- Now take a big bowl and put fried potatoes in it, then chop the onion into small pieces and also chop the green chillies.
- Now add tamarind chutney in the bowl, add amchur powder, chaat masala, salt, and red chilli powder sequentially.
