The malai chaap is a very flavourful and tasty dish. This recipe is very popular and tasty. Soya chaap taste is close to chiken, though its fully veg. This makes in many different ways like- tandoori chaap, malai chaap, masala chaap, afghani chaap, gravy chaap, haryali chaap, veg fried chaap, lemon chaap, perri perri chaap, achari chaap, afghani soya chaap this all found in ludhiana at veer ji chaap point Then you want to made this recipe, so follow the steps are:

Ingredients malai chaap :

6-8 pieces soya chaap

1/4 cup thick curd

1/5 fresh cream

3tbsp cashew paste

1 spoon ginger

garlic paste

1/2 spoon black pepper

3-4 green chilli

4-5 onion large

coriander powder

salt(as your taste)

red chilli

1 tsp chaat masala

Directions:

  • First step wash the chaap and boil the chaap with 2 tsp oil and salt, you washed the properly.
  • Take a pan add the the water and salt, oil and consistency of water add dipped soya chaap into water atleast.

  • Boiled the chaap upto 20 min to make the chaap soft .
  • Before boiled the chaap you soak and cut the chaap in the 1-2 inch pieces .
  • Then take a pan add the oil for deep fried the chaap .
  • Add the chaap in pan for fry and serve in mixing bowl to magneet the chaap .
  • Magneet the chaap with curd ,ginger garlic paste ,green chilli ,salt , red chilli ,coriander powder ,for 4-5 hours.
  • The chaap is ready to tadka , next take a kadhai for tadka .
  • Add the 4-5 spoon butter in kadhai and add the onion in butter .
  • Then add magneeted chaap in butter and add the onion wringles in kadhai .
  • Then cook the chaap in 5 min next add fresh cream .
  • Countinously mix the chaap in 1-2 min .
  • Malai chaap is ready to serveplate .
