The shahi paneer recipe means royal dish. This is a traditional recipe in our India. Many people are liked this shahi paneer with tandori rotti. It is a nawabi khanna, and shahi paneer ingredients are increase the taste, do you want to made this recipe follow the steps are-
INGREDIENTS shahi paneer:
250gms – Paneer
2 – Tomato
3 – Onion
5 – 6 Cashew nuts
1 teaspoon – Coriander seeds ( roasted)
1/2 piece – Bay leaf
1 – 2 Cloves
2 – Green cardamon
2 teaspoon – Ginger garlic paste
1/3 – Turmeric powder
1/3 – Chilli powder
Salt ( as your taste )
1/2 – Coriander powder
1/3 – Cup curd ( beaten)
1/2 – teaspoon sugar ( optional)
2 teaspoon – Garam masala

DIRECTIONS;
- Take a pan and add the oil in a pan .To cook the masala.
- In oil cook the Ginger garlic paste into golden colour.
- Ginger garlic paste is cooked ,then add the onions saute.
- The next step is tomato puree add the onion, ginger garlic paste and also add green chilli

- There masala is ready into golden masala.
- Add the salt( as your taste), red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and shahi paneer masala like everest paneer masala inhance the flavour add curd .

- There half recipe in done, the next is rest the masala in 15 minutes.
- Before, 15 minutes you add the cloves, 5 – 6 Cashew nuts and rosted coriander seeds.
- Crush the masala into smoothly paste and add 1 to 2 spoon cream.
- Smoothy paste is ready to shahi tadka.
- Take a pan again, add the 2 to 3 spoon mustard oil ( ghee) as your wish.
- Take a 1/2 piece of bay leaf and green cardamom ,then add the gravy.
- Masala gravy is cooked in one cup of Creamy milk to made the thickness in gravy in add the garam masala .
- Gravy is ready to add the paneer cube shape in 1 inch.
- Shahi paneer is ready to serve in Bowl.
- shahi paneer Savitri garnishing the coriander leaves and 1 to 2 spoon of cream/ whipped cream fresh cream.
