INGREDIENTS corns-

SWEET CORNS- 1 TO 2 CUP

ONION- 1 MEDIUM

TOMATO- 2 TO 3

GREEN- 2

CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TABLESPOON

CHAAT MASALA- 1 TO HALF SPOON ( AS YOUR TASTE)

CUMIN POWDER

RED CHILLI

LEMON JUICE

SALT

BUTTER

DIRECTIONS-

  • First of all bring the corn cob from the market, then peel the corn cob throughly from the top.
  • The silk fibres that comes out of the corn cob is very beneficial in removing the urine infection.
  • Then the corn grains start coming out from the corn cob, put the corn kernels in a bowl and washed them throughly.
  • After that keep it aside to let the water drain from the corn grains.
  • When the water dries up completely, then chop the onion, green chilli and tomato finely.
  • Then place the pan on the gas, after that put some butter in the pan.
  • When the butter is heated well, then add onion on it, fry the onions well.
  • The onions turn golden brown, add salt and tomatoes.
  • Add the green chillies and mix all the spices well with red chilli powder.
  • All the spices are ready add the corns to it as well.
  • Do you know that it contains a very high amount of protien vitamin, which is good for skin care.
  • After that mix it well, now add lemon juice to make it sour.
  • Now take a small bowl and serve in it.
