CASHEW NUTS

MILK POWDER

SUGAR

BUTTER OR GHEE

BUTTER PAPER

WATER

SILVER PAPER (CHANDI DA WORK PAPER)

ELACHI POWDER

You need only these ingerdients and you make perfectly kaju katli as a made like the market one.

Directions-

  • To make this desert firstly, you buy the some high-quality cashews from the market.
  • After that you wash the cashews throughly with the clean water and dry it with the help of clean cloth.
  • When it dries well, then turn on the gas and place a pan on a gas stove.
  • Then you the ghee in a pan and let it heat it well.
  • When the ghee is heated well, then add the cashew nuts to it to lightly fry them.
  • Once the cashews become light golden, take them out on a plate and let them cool down.
  • We will grind the roasted cashews well in a grinder and take them out in a bowl.
  • Again we will take a pan and put ghee in it, now turn on the gas and let the ghee heat up properly.
  • Now we will add the grind mixture in it and mix it well.
  • To make this desert add the milk powder to make the bindinding and layering of the barfi.
  • You add the sugar also to make the sweetness in desert and also add the water in little in consistency.
  • You all the mixture mixed it with the help of large spoon, you make the soft dough type mixture.
  • Take a butter paper and put the kaju mixture in butter paper and make the barfi shape and sixe or layer with the help of rolling pin.
  • Finally, you apply the layer of silver work on the barfi and let it cool down.
  • After 10 minutes, we will cut it into small barfi shape with a knife.
