DIRECTIONS gulab jamun-

  • first bring fresh khoya from the market, then let the khoya come to room tempreture.
  • After that mashed the well with the help of your hands, we will mashed it so that there is no grain left in it, this will make good and soft dough.
  • Now we will keep it aside for 5 minutes so that it gets maked well desert.
  • Then you will add the maida and mix it throughly with using our hands, we will also mashed this well too.

SUGAR SYRUP PROCESS-

  • Now we will put a pan on the gas to prepare the syrup, first turn on the gas.
  • We will add sugar to it to make syrup, you stir the sugar with a big spoon and let it heat up, then add water to it.
  • Let it boil well and then add cardamom powder and cardamom, you also add the rose petals to increase flavour in it to make the flavour increase.
  • It cook until it boils well, this is how it is ready.
  • To check the sugar syrup, first take some syrup in a spoon, then check it with your fingers to see if a string form, once it forms a string, it is ready.
  • To make this desert first, we have to take the khoya mixture we prepared and shape it into balls by hand.
  • We need to turn the whole mixture into small balls in the same way.
  • Once again, we have to put the pan on the gas and turn on the gas.
  • Now we have to put ghee in the pan and let it heat well.
  • When the ghee is heated well, then we have to reduce the flame, the balls that we made from khoya have to be put in ghee.
  • Then deep fry it slowly on low flame till it gets cooked well inside, when its color turns golden brown, put it in the sugar syrup.
  • Now we have to cover the sugar syrup pan with a plate and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
