  • Take a large mixing bowl to make this recipe and add the maida.
  • Next you add the pinch of salt and baking powder and ghee mixed it countinously rest in atleast 20 minutes to make the perfect better.
  • Before, you rest the bettar you add the ENO powder and also mixed it again properly.
  • Your bettar is ready and take the ketcup bottle to make the spiral-shaped jalebi liked in street style or halwai style jalebi.
  • Next you take the bottle and add the jalebi bettar in the ketcup bottle.
  • You take the pan and add the ghee now, turn on the gas and let the ghee heat up properly.
  • When it gets heated properly, we will start the process of making jalebi.
  • We will pick up the bottle in which we put the bettar, now we will make the round batter in the shape of jalebi and put it in ghee and let it deep fry.
  • Now, we will deep fry it properly so that our jalebi turns out crispy and its enjoyable to eat.
  • On one side, we will make sugar syrup, for which we will take a pan again and pour water into it.
  • Then you add sugar in water and elachi powder or elachi and let it boil well.
  • The sugar syrup( chasni ) is ready. to check it, we will use our thumb and finger. when a proper thread/string forms, it means the chasni is ready.
  • Once the chasni is ready you put the deep fried jalebi to it in 1 minute to absorb the sugar and make the sugary flavour.
  • Next take the plate and serve the jalebi in plate and enjoyed it.
