RICE

DIRECTIONS;
- First you take a pan to boil the rice 80% with cardamom, bay leaf, star fruit, dalchini, black cardamom, lemon juice, salt.

- You clean the rice properly with water and boil the rice.

- Next you cut the vegetables are – carrot, cauliflower, peas, potato, onion, ginger garlic paste, green capsicum, green chilli, paneer( cut in cube shape).

- Next you take a pan and add the butter for tadka.
- You add onion bay leaf in butter.

- You add the all veggies in butter to cook properly half cook.
- Add the salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, biriyani masala in tadka.
- Next your rice is boil, to wash with cold water to seprate the every rice.

- Then add the boiled rice in tadka and add the butter.

- Again you cut the onion and take a pan.
- Take the onion and add the onion in oil to fry the onion.

- Your garnishing prepration is ready.
- Take a bowl add the curd to raita.

- Add the bundi, salt, black pepper powder in curd to make the raita.
- Your rice is ready and your veg biraryani is also ready.
- You serve the biryani with garnishing the fried onion.
- Also serve with bundi raita and onion.
