DIRECTIONS;

  • Made this recipe first you take a vegetables varities- cauliflower, carrot, potato, peas, capsicum.
  • Cut the vegeis in your choice, prefectly chopped.
  • Next you take a cooker boiled the vegetables and toor dal in 4-5 whistles with salt and turmeric pwder.
  • You take a pan to boil the imali water to add the boil dal.
  • Before, 4-5 whistles to check the vegetables cooked or not.
  • Then cook the vegetables prepration to your tadka.
  • First you cut the onion, tomato, ginger.
  • Again take a pan add the oil to heat and add the astoefidea, mustard seeds, fengureek seeds to roast.
  • Add the curry leaves, onion, ginger, tomato, green chilli to cook the properly.
  • You cook the masala and add the salt, turmeric powder, sambar masala.
  • Add the tadka in toor dal with imali water.
  • Mixed the all tadka in dal countinously mix with the help of large spoon.
  • Your sambar is ready to eat.
  • You prepare the dosa batter.
  • First you take a rice and boiled it within water atleast 5-10 minutes.
  • Next you grind the rice in grinder, to make the perfect batter.
  • Then take a mixing bowl to add the grind rice.
  • Add the water in bowl to right consistency.
  • Salt, black pepper add also in bowl.
  • Take a best dosa tawa and add the batter in tawa one by one.
  • Made the crispy and soft dosa.
  • Take a plate and add the dosa and sambar in bowl with coconut chutney.
  • Your sambar and dosa is ready to eat and serve.
