MILK

Directions-

  • Now filter the milk throughly under the moonlight, so that there is no lump in the milk and it is filtered well in the pan.
  • We will turn on the gas and place the pan containing milk on the gas.
  • Let the milk boil well for two time, and turn the gas flame to low.
  • I have asked the gas to keep the flame low because, this will slowly thicken the milk and its consistency will become good.
  • We have to keep stirring the milk repeatedly until it thickness.
  • When the milk thickness well, then we have to add the sugar to it, add the sugar only when it turns into a thick, mawa- like consistency and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • Now we will take a plate and butter paper, and then we will put the mawa we made into it.
  • Now we will set up properply with the help of hand, and we will take the silver work paper and put it on top of this sweet.
  • With the help of knife, cut the barfi into your desired shape.
